vitamins and minerals and low in calories. Fruit and vegetables
act as a natural appetite suppressant as they crowd out other
less healthy foods. Eat at least one portion with each meal.

on products such as mayonnaise, salad dressing and dairy products
as an easy way of saving calories.
Eat your calories don’t drink them. It is easy to forget how many
calories are in drinks such as wine, beer and even orange juice.
Try drinking more water instead of these types of drinks.
When trying to lose weight always aim for healthy weight loss
of around 1-2 pounds each week. Try and avoid fast weight loss
diets as these can be harmful to health and lead to eating disorders.
